Using AI to capture notes in Zoho CRM

Several external apps let you take notes and link them to Zoho CRM, either through an API or a native integration available in the Marketplace. A few examples: Fireflies for Zoho CRM, Leexi, Notta, Rafiki AI. If you prefer another solution, it may also integrate with Zoho CRM; just check whether it offers an API or a Marketplace integration.

Finally, the Zoho CRM mobile app lets you add voice notes, which can then be transcribed into text. It’s a popular option for people who are often on the go.
