Implementing Zoho One or another Zoho application? Part of your team’s training can be funded by Services Québec through the Mesure de formation de la main-d’œuvre (MFOR). What MFOR funds, and what it doesn’t
MFOR supports skills development for your employees. In a Zoho project, it therefore applies to the training portion of the mandate:
- user training sessions, by Zoho application (CRM, Books, Projects, Desk, Campaigns and more);
- training sessions for the administrators who will manage the platform;
- coaching, when your team completes part of the configuration with us.
Configuration, data migration and development hours are not covered. That is why our quotes present them in separate sections: your Services Québec advisor can see right away what is eligible.
Who can benefit
The program is aimed at Quebec businesses that want to train their current staff, including SMBs and nonprofits. Eligibility, the reimbursed share and the maximum amount are set by the advisor at your regional Services Québec office, based on your file and available budgets. Nuagix cannot guarantee that funding will be granted.
How Nuagix supports you
- A review of your needs and of the Zoho applications to cover, in a Zoom meeting.
- A detailed quote, with training hours separated from configuration hours, ready to attach to your application.
- A training plan by role: user, manager, administrator.
- One-hour sessions per application, in your live Zoho environment, with recording on request for future hires.
- A breakdown of the hours actually used, at the end of each month, to simplify your reporting.
The steps, in order
- Zoom meeting: we clarify your Zoho project and training needs.
- Nuagix quote: you receive a reference budget, with training and configuration separated.
- Application to Services Québec: you file your application with your advisor, along with our quote. Approval usually has to come before the sessions start: confirm this with your advisor.
- Training: sessions begin according to the approved plan.
- Reporting: you receive the breakdown of hours for your file.
