Artificial intelligence specialist in Quebec
AI is only worth it if it acts inside your real tools. Nuagix designs, deploys and trains your teams on artificial intelligence, the MCP protocol and AI agents — in Zoho, but also in any other MCP-compatible solution (Notion, Asana, GitHub, Stripe, Microsoft 365 and hundreds more). Whether you want to optimize an existing environment or build from scratch, we bridge AI — including Claude and Claude Cowork — and your business processes, in French, in Quebec.
Build, connect and train — AI, MCP and agents
- Build custom AI agents that take action in your apps: create a record, send an invoice, triage a ticket, follow up with a client.
- Connect Claude, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT and other AI tools to your apps through the open MCP protocol.
- Train your teams on AI, MCP and agents: best practices, prompting, configuration, governance and security.
- Govern it all: per-user permissions, audit logs and Law 25 compliance.
With Zoho… and beyond
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard. At Nuagix, we use it first in Zoho (as a Premium Partner), where AI is built in natively and data can stay in Canada. But because MCP is independent of the AI provider, we also connect your agents to other solutions that support MCP — productivity, development, payment and marketing tools. One AI, many apps, one way of working.
Connecting Claude, Claude Cowork and other AI tools (MCP)
In practice, we add your apps as connectors in Claude Desktop or Claude Cowork (or ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code…), and you ask in plain language: “Mark the Zylker deal as won and schedule an onboarding call” or “Create a $1,200 invoice for ABC Inc.” The agent carries out the action — not just an answer — within your permissions (OAuth). On the Zoho side, the MCP server exposes more than 15 apps (CRM, Mail, Desk, Books, Projects, Analytics…) and, through Zoho Flow, more than 500 third-party tools. See also our Zoho MCP and Claude page.
The MCP ecosystem: what we can connect
MCP works with most major AI tools and connects to hundreds of apps, both within Zoho and beyond. Here’s an overview — the full list and technical details are on the official Zoho MCP page.

The AI agents we can build
Prebuilt Zia agents
Ready to use and built into Zoho products: Ask Zia (conversational assistant), a customer service agent (Desk), SDR agents, an account manager, HR and IT support.
Custom agents — Zia Agent Studio
A prompt-driven no-code / low-code agent builder with more than 700 actions across the Zoho ecosystem. We use it to create “digital employees” that respect your users’ permissions, with audit logs.
Autonomous agents via MCP
Agents that monitor, reason and act on their own — in Zoho or elsewhere: automatic overnight ticket escalation, account reassignment based on deal progress, anomaly alerts.
Chatbots (SalesIQ / Zobots)
Conversational agents on your website, connected to Zia and your knowledge base — like the ones we already deploy for our clients.
Which AI should you integrate? (Zoho or elsewhere)
Zoho CRM can run several models in parallel, and MCP lets you use the AI of your choice elsewhere too. Each external provider uses your own API key, under administrator control.
| AI / LLM | Role | Integration |
|---|---|---|
| Zia LLM (Zoho native) | Data stays on Zoho servers — ideal for Law 25 | Natively built in |
| OpenAI / ChatGPT | Writing, summaries, replies, agents | Zia / MCP settings |
| Anthropic Claude | Agent that takes action in your apps | MCP and Zoho Flow |
| Google Gemini | AI features in CRM and Creator | Model provider |
| Cohere, Llama, DeepSeek | Depends on the app | Settings / API |
Training: AI, MCP and agents
Beyond setup, we train your teams: understanding generative AI and agents, writing good prompts, configuring and securing MCP servers, and governing usage (governance, Law 25). Training in French, tailored to your reality — whether you’re on Zoho or another MCP-compatible platform. Some training may qualify for grants (e.g., MFOR).
Real-world use cases by department
- Sales: deal updates, automatic follow-ups and notes, call summaries.
- Customer service: ticket triage and summaries, first-level replies, escalations.
- Finance: invoice generation, payment tracking, plain-language reports.
- Marketing: campaigns, reports, content optimization.
- HR: application screening, answers to internal questions.
Law 25-compliant AI, hosted in Canada
Zoho’s native LLM (Zia) doesn’t train its models on your data and keeps it on Zoho’s servers, with hosting available in Canada (data centers in Montreal and Toronto). A unique differentiator for Quebec SMBs and nonprofits focused on Law 25 compliance.
Our approach
- Free discovery meeting on Zoom — your processes, your pain points, your AI goals.
- Plan — which agents, which AI, which MCP integrations (Zoho or others), with a clear scope and budget.
- Setup — MCP configuration, agents, connecting Claude/Cowork, automations as needed.
- Training in French and ongoing support.
FAQ – AI, MCP and agents
Can we use AI, MCP and agents with tools other than Zoho?
Yes. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open, vendor-independent standard. Nuagix connects AI to Zoho, but also to any other MCP-compatible solution (Notion, Asana, GitHub, Stripe, Microsoft 365 and hundreds more). A single AI can drive multiple apps.
Do you offer training on AI, MCP and agents?
Yes. Beyond setup, we train your teams in French: understanding generative AI and agents, writing good prompts, configuring and securing MCP servers, and governing usage (governance, Law 25). Some training may qualify for grants such as MFOR.
Can you connect Claude or Claude Cowork to our tools?
Yes. With MCP, Claude — including Claude Desktop and Claude Cowork — connects to your CRM, billing or support system and carries out actions in plain language (create a lead, update a record, generate an invoice), within your permissions. Nuagix sets up the connection securely.
What is the MCP protocol?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the layer that lets an AI agent take action in your apps, not just talk about them. At Zoho, the MCP server exposes more than 15 apps (CRM, Mail, Desk, Books, Projects, Analytics and more) and, through Zoho Flow, more than 500 third-party tools. The protocol works outside Zoho too.
What kinds of AI agents can you build?
Prebuilt Zia agents (customer service, SDR, HR, IT), custom agents with Zia Agent Studio (no-code, 700+ actions), autonomous agents via MCP, and chatbots in SalesIQ. Nuagix designs the agent that fits your processes, on Zoho or another MCP-compatible platform.
Which AI models can you integrate?
Zia (Zoho’s native LLM), OpenAI/ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Cohere, Llama and DeepSeek. Zoho CRM can even run several models in parallel. Integration is done through Zia settings, Zoho Flow, MCP or Deluge code.
Is the AI compliant with Law 25?
Zia, Zoho’s native LLM, keeps your data on Zoho’s servers (with hosting available in Canada, in Montreal and Toronto) and doesn’t train its models on your data. That’s a major advantage for Law 25. Nuagix configures permissions and governance accordingly.
Do you need to code to create an AI agent?
No. Zia Agent Studio is mainly prompt-driven (with a low-code option), and MCP configuration is done through a no-code interface. Nuagix can also develop custom Deluge automations when needed.
