Zoho One guide

Zoho One brings together more than 45 business apps — sales, accounting, marketing, HR, projects — under a single license and a single login. It’s your company’s operating system: all your data flows between apps with no double entry.

Getting started

  1. Create your Zoho One account and set up your organization profile (name, logo, time zone, CAD currency).
  2. Add your users and define their roles from the centralized admin panel.
  3. Choose the first apps to roll out based on your priority: sales (CRM), finance (Books) or customer service (Desk).
  4. Turn on multi-factor authentication to secure access for the whole team.
  5. Roll out gradually — one app mastered beats ten barely touched.

Key features

  • A single admin panel to manage users, apps and security.
  • Single sign-on (SSO) to every app.
  • Integrated data flows between CRM, invoicing, inventory and analytics.
  • Mobile apps to run your business on the go.

Tips from our specialists

  • Map your business processes before turning on apps: the rollout order makes all the difference.
  • Appoint an internal owner for each app to drive adoption.
  • Take advantage of the all-inclusive license: several tools you’d pay for elsewhere (e-signature, surveys, HR) are already included.
