Case studies: CentrixOne to Zoho One migrations

CentrixOne shut down on September 13, 2026, leaving its subscribers only a few weeks to switch CRMs. Nuagix has completed more than 40 migrations from CentrixOne to Zoho One, with an integration to QuickBooks Online or Acomba in some cases. Here are two examples, presented without the clients’ names.

Case 1: consulting firm specializing in payment solutions

The context

Three users, a database of more than 5,200 accounts and 6,800 contacts, more than 900 deals with more than 1,000 revenue lines, 64 email templates, 15 automations and 4 web forms. All of it had to be reproduced in Zoho One before the shutdown.

The challenges

  • The same email address shared by several contacts at a company: nearly 900 records would have been skipped by a standard import.
  • Deals linked to deleted accounts or missing a closing date.
  • Dates stored as text, and industry-specific fields: current provider, terminals and renewal date.

The solution

  • About a hundred custom fields recreated in Zoho CRM, with the same picklist values, cleaned up.
  • Original identifiers kept to link accounts, contacts and deals without errors.
  • A revenue-lines module linked to deals and products.
  • Automations reproduced as separate workflow rules, created inactive, then activated after validation with the client.
  • Forms reproduced in Zoho Forms and integrated with the CRM, without creating duplicates.

The result

Accounts, contacts, deals and revenue lines imported to the exact count, verified with a comparison report delivered to the client.

Case 2: sector organization in the life sciences

The context

Nearly 5,750 contacts spread across 17 lists, a base of 2,000 companies already in Zoho CRM, 44 emails, 9 automations and 4 forms. Communications rely on subscriber consent.

The challenges

  • Merging CentrixOne accounts with the records already in Zoho, without duplicates.
  • Respecting the choice of more than 2,000 unsubscribed people.
  • Updating the organization’s former name, still present in nearly 300 mentions across the emails.

The solution

  • Accounts merged using a comparison file validated with the client.
  • Zoho CRM synced with Zoho Campaigns, unsubscribed contacts excluded, with segments by audience and subscription topics.
  • Double opt-in and subscription pages entirely in French.
  • Forms reproduced in Zoho Forms and connected to the CRM.

The result

A single, clean base of more than 2,200 accounts, compliant mailings and a team that finds its lists in clear segments.

Our migration method

  • Volume check first: we count everything in CentrixOne before touching Zoho.
  • Original identifiers kept on every record, so each piece of data can be traced.
  • Automations reproduced one by one, inactive until you validate them.
  • Forms reproduced in Zoho Forms.
  • Accounting integration with QuickBooks Online or Acomba, when the client already used it with CentrixOne.
  • Comparison report delivered at the end of the mandate.
