CentrixOne users: migrate to Zoho One within your notice deadline

Attention CentrixOne users. You’ve received the notice. You have a deadline to meet. And you’re probably wondering how to move years of configuration without breaking everything.

Take a breath. Nuagix is already one step ahead.

A fast CentrixOne-to-Zoho One migration tool

We’ve developed a fast migration tool from CentrixOne to Zoho One, designed to replicate your current configurations in your new environment — within the deadline set out in the notice you received.

  • Your data, your fields, your configurations: transferred, not reinvented.
  • A smooth transition, with no interruption to your operations.
  • A realistic timeline, aligned with your deadline.
  • A Quebec team that works in French, with your data hosted in Canada (Quebec’s Law 25).

Why the landscape has changed

Following the merger of CentrixOne and Boom CRM, the combined company announced its new name, Cone, on July 11, 2025, along with a completely rebuilt CRM platform. Since then, CentrixOne subscribers have received a notice asking them to transition within a set timeframe.

An imposed deadline forces a decision: follow the proposed transition, or use this moment to reassess the platform that will support your sales, marketing and billing for years to come. Either way, the same technical question comes up — and it can be prepared for.

We’ve laid out the full process in our guide: CentrixOne migration: transfer your CRM data without losing a thing. You’ll find what transfers over, the six project steps, the most common pitfalls and the timelines to expect.

A team that speaks your language

Nuagix has been a Zoho Premium Partner in Quebec since 2019, with more than 350 implementations and more than 250 optimizations for existing clients, and won the Sales Achievement award at the Zoho Partner Awards 2024.

And our new account manager, François Gagnon, comes straight from the CentrixOne world: he knows the original platform and its terminology inside out.

Time matters

The earlier you plan, the smoother the transition. A migration prepared three months before the deadline leaves room for validation; the same migration started three weeks out costs more and leaves less margin.
