Is Zia Agent (also called Agent Zia) included in Zoho One? Not yet, but it’s under review

It’s important to note that you can request access to Zia Agent, but you may need to purchase credits to use it. According to Zoho’s official response, Zia Agent is a standalone application and is not currently included in the bundled services. However, Zoho’s backend team has confirmed that integrating the Zia Agents service into the Zoho One bundle is on their roadmap. That said, no estimated date is available at this time for when this feature will be rolled out.
