How to use these guides

Each guide covers one Zoho One application: what it is for, what it actually solves in a Quebec SMB, what it does not do, and which other applications it combines with. They are written for an owner or a manager, not for an IT specialist.

If you are evaluating Zoho One, start with the applications that touch your most expensive irritant — usually the CRM, invoicing or customer service. If you already use Zoho, the guides mostly serve to reveal the applications included in your subscription that nobody has switched on yet, which is the most common situation we meet in optimization work.

A suite, not a collection of software

The value of Zoho One does not come from the applications taken one by one. It comes from what moves between them: a contact entered once, a quote that becomes an invoice without re-entry, a support ticket attached to the right client, a project that carries its hours through to billing.

That is also what makes configuration delicate. Switching on ten applications without deciding what flows between them produces ten more silos, not a suite. That is the reason behind our more than 250 optimizations to date.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to switch everything on at once?

No, and it is best avoided. We deploy in stages, starting with the processes that cost the most time. The other applications stay available in your subscription, ready when you are.

Do these applications work in French?

Yes. The interface, the document templates and the communications sent to your clients all work in French, and in English within the same environment when you need both.

Does our data stay in Canada?

Yes. We host our clients’ Zoho environments in Canada and configure privacy settings against Quebec’s Law 25.
