Zoho One 2025: a new unified experience to power your business

Zoho One 2025 marks a major milestone in the evolution of the operating system for business. After years of digital transformation focused on operational efficiency, AI is now redefining how companies operate, collaborate and grow. To help you navigate this new era, Zoho is introducing a completely redesigned version: ZO25.

Among the most notable new features, Spaces offers unified, contextual navigation that separates your personal, organizational and functional environments to reduce distractions and help you work more smoothly. Add to that Dashboard 2.0, Quick Nav, the Action Panel and the arrival of Zia Hubs, a document intelligence tool that instantly reads, understands, summarizes and extracts information from your files in WorkDrive.

The Ask Zia assistant reinforces this vision: a conversational, cross-application and secure AI that lets you query your business data in plain language without switching apps.

On the admin side, Zoho simplifies everything: unified domains, centralized integrations, Identity Connect, smart offboarding and much finer control over roles, access and internal policies. IT teams will gain consistency, visibility and faster response times.

Security also takes a leap forward with enhanced audit logs, anomaly detection, conditional access policies, advanced authentication methods and RADIUS support.

Finally, five new applications are officially joining Zoho One: Vani (AI-powered visual collaboration), Zoho Thrive (customer engagement and rewards), Zoho LandingPage, Log360 Cloud and Zoho RPA.

The transition is simple, with no data migration, and it’s all included at the same price.
