Zoho One implementation pricing

How much does a Zoho One implementation cost? It’s the first question freelancers and small businesses ask us when they’re thinking about entrusting their technology to Nuagix. Rather than answering with a generic package or making you wait for a sales call to get a number, we prefer transparency: here are our actual price ranges, our 2026 rate schedule and the factors that make costs vary from one project to the next.

How much does a turnkey Zoho One implementation cost?

A turnkey implementation means handing the entire project to our team: needs analysis, module configuration, data migration, automation setup and team training. The number of hours required, and therefore the final price, depends mainly on the scope of the rollout. Here are the three project categories we see most often, with ranges calculated at our preferred rate of $148.50/hour, which applies to most of our active clients.

Project scopeTypical hoursPrice range
Small project (CRM and invoicing for a small team)10 to 30 hoursAbout $1,500 to $4,500
Mid-size project (multi-module rollout: sales, marketing, operations)30 to 80 hoursAbout $4,500 to $12,000
Large project (full rollout, multiple departments, advanced integrations)80 to 200+ hoursAbout $12,000 to $30,000+

Most of our projects fall in the mid-size range, between 30 and 80 hours. These figures exclude the cost of the Zoho licenses themselves, which are billed directly by Zoho based on the edition chosen and the number of users, and which come on top of our configuration fees.

Our 2026 rate schedule

At Nuagix, implementation and ongoing support follow the same billing logic: actual time worked, no surprises. Here is our rate schedule in effect for 2026. Projects in progress and hour blocks already purchased are not affected by the annual increase.

  • Base hourly rate: $165/hour
  • Preferred rate for clients whose Zoho account is linked to Nuagix as partner: $148.50/hour, a 10% discount
  • Nonprofit rate for organizations whose Zoho account is linked to Nuagix as partner: $132/hour, a 20% discount
  • Minimum hour block: 5 hours
  • One-off work under 5 hours: $180/hour

The preferred rate applies automatically as soon as your Zoho account is linked to Nuagix as partner, which is the case for the vast majority of our active clients. The same rate schedule also covers technical support, optimizations and adjustments requested after launch, once the implementation project is complete.

Why publish our rates?

Running a business is already a constant challenge. Our role at Nuagix is to take your administrative services off your plate and optimize your technology tools, not to add uncertainty to your budget. That’s why we post our actual rates instead of sending you to a contact form to find out the price. A freelancer or small business comparing options deserves to know what the investment looks like from the start, before even talking to us. That transparency continues after implementation too: the same schedule governs support hour blocks, so the relationship stays clear for as long as we work together.

Factors that affect pricing

Within the same project category, several factors influence the number of hours actually billed:

  • The number of users and licenses to configure, which also directly affects the cost of the Zoho licenses themselves.
  • The number of Zoho modules deployed — an implementation covering only CRM and invoicing requires less work than a full rollout that includes sales, marketing, human resources and operations.
  • The complexity of the automations and workflows specific to your business.
  • The volume and cleanliness of the data to migrate from your old systems or Excel spreadsheets.
  • Integrations with third-party tools, such as your website, your accounting software or your field apps.
  • The training time required by your teams, depending on how comfortable they are with new tools.

Turnkey implementation or guided coaching

Not every business needs, or can afford, a fully turnkey implementation. With the turnkey option, our team handles the entire project: analysis, configuration, migration, automations and training. It’s the fastest and simplest option for you, since all you have to do is approve the deliverables and get your teams trained once the work is done.

Nuagix also offers a coaching option, where our team guides you and configures the most technical elements while someone from your company handles part of the routine setup, such as entering basic data or adjusting fields. This option usually reduces the number of billed hours, in exchange for a bigger time investment on your side and a project that typically stretches over a longer period.

What’s included in a Nuagix implementation

Whatever the project’s scope, a Zoho One implementation with Nuagix always follows the same key steps:

  • Analysis of your current processes and business needs
  • Configuration of the Zoho One modules selected for your business
  • Data migration from your old tools or spreadsheets
  • Setup of automations and integrations with your other systems
  • Training your teams on day-to-day use of the tools
  • Support during the first weeks after launch, while your teams find their footing

Zoho One implementation pricing FAQ

Does the price include Zoho One licenses?

No. Our fees cover configuration, migration and training work. Zoho One licenses are billed separately by Zoho, based on the edition chosen and the number of users, and come on top of our implementation fees.

How long does a Zoho One implementation take?

A small project is usually completed in a few weeks, while a large multi-department rollout can span several months, depending on your team’s availability and the complexity of the integrations required.

Does the hourly rate also apply after implementation?

Yes. Support, adjustments and optimizations requested after launch follow the same rate schedule, with a minimum 5-hour block and a rate of $180/hour for one-off work under 5 hours.

How do I get the preferred rate of $148.50/hour?

This rate applies automatically as soon as your Zoho account is linked to Nuagix as official partner, which is our standard practice with all our active clients.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Our rate schedule is public and we bill for actual time worked, with no inflated packages and no surprises on the invoice. You get a detailed hours report throughout the project.

How do I get an accurate estimate for my business?

The best way to get an exact figure is a short discovery meeting on Zoom with our team. We review the modules you want, your number of users and your current systems so we can give you a realistic, no-obligation estimate of hours.
