Zoho vs HubSpot: 2026 pricing and features compared

HubSpot is known for its inbound marketing and polished interface. But HubSpot sells its features by separate “Hub”: Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Data. Each Hub has its own per-seat price, its own tiers and, from the Professional level up, mandatory onboarding fees. Zoho, on the other hand, bundles the equivalent of those five Hubs into a single suite, Zoho One, at one per-user price. Here’s the comparison with the numbers.

Zoho and HubSpot at a glance

HubSpot builds its platform around distinct products that are sold (and billed) separately: Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, Data Hub. A business that wants marketing AND sales AND customer service has to buy several Hubs, each with its own number of included seats and its own additional fees. Zoho One includes Zoho CRM, Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho People and more than 45 other apps in a single per-user subscription.

Note: Zoho One and CentrixOne (Cone) pricing is set in Canadian dollars. Other vendors’ prices are set in US dollars; they are converted here to Canadian dollars for reference only (approximate rate of CA$1.41 per US$1, July 2026).

The math quickly turns against HubSpot as soon as a business needs more than one Hub. To combine marketing, sales and service at the Professional level, a 5-employee SMB has to budget several thousand dollars a month in subscriptions, plus CA$6,345 or more in mandatory onboarding fees, just to get started. Zoho One offers equivalent coverage, or broader since it adds finance and HR, at CA$50 per user per month, with no vendor-imposed onboarding fees.

Completeness: what Zoho includes that HubSpot doesn’t

  • Invoicing and accounting — Zoho Books and Zoho Invoice are included in Zoho One. HubSpot has no native accounting module.
  • Human resources and payroll — Zoho People and Zoho Payroll are included. HubSpot offers nothing for HR.
  • Project management — Zoho Projects is included. HubSpot has no dedicated project management tool.
  • Inventory — Zoho Inventory is included. HubSpot doesn’t have one.
  • One subscription, one invoice — Zoho One brings everything together under a single per-user price. HubSpot bills each Hub separately, with onboarding fees that add up with every new purchase.

HubSpot keeps a real edge in web content and native SEO (Content Hub), an area where Zoho is more modest. But for an SMB that wants a single platform covering sales, marketing, service, finance and HR without stacking subscriptions, Zoho One remains more complete at a predictable price.

Frequently asked questions

Why does HubSpot cost more than Zoho for an SMB?

Because HubSpot sells its features by separate Hub (marketing, sales, service), each with its own per-seat price and, at the Professional and Enterprise levels, mandatory onboarding fees of CA$2,115 to CA$9,870. Zoho One bundles the equivalent of these features into a single per-user subscription.

Does Zoho CRM compare to HubSpot Sales Hub?

Yes. Zoho CRM’s features (process automation, Zia AI, customer portals) are included in Zoho One at CA$50 per user per month, less than HubSpot’s Sales Hub Professional, which runs around CA$141 per seat per month, plus onboarding fees.

Are HubSpot’s onboarding fees mandatory?

Yes. For the Professional and Enterprise plans of Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, HubSpot requires one-time onboarding fees (generally CA$2,115 to CA$9,870 depending on the Hub and tier) on top of the monthly subscription.

Can we migrate our data from HubSpot to Zoho?

Yes. Nuagix transfers your contacts, deals, emails and automations from HubSpot to Zoho CRM and Zoho Marketing Automation as part of a migration project.

How much does a Zoho implementation to replace HubSpot cost?

The cost depends on the scope of the project. See our Zoho One implementation pricing page for our real price ranges.
